The research project explores the possible changes or loss of cultural values on the Indigenous Australian Entrepreneurs from their involvement in founding and managing their own business. Does the Indigenous entrepreneur become in effect culturally non-indigenous whilst engaged in entrepreneurial activity? or, are the individuals cultural values maintained, transformed, subdued in some other context? These are the questions that this proposed research hopes to answer. The study is concerned with the connection between Anglo-European business values and general Indigenous cultural values. Building and supporting community led partnership initiatives to respond to Indigenous family violence in Victoria. This project contributes to the evidence base of responses to Indigenous family violence by detailing models of practice in Victoria. It will focus on how partnerships between Indigenous and mainstream responses can be built and sustained. The critical analysis of these models of practice and partnerships will also have implications for future policy and funding directions. Therefore, it is important to develop new techniques to sustain crop production in today's climate. Developing a clearer understanding of brassinosteroids, their underlying role in water stresses and their interaction with known stress-related hormones, such as abscisic acid and ethylene, will eventually enable more effective and efficient manipulation of plant growth in wate ....Brassinosteroids and Water Stresses.
