A Facility for Ultra-Precise Time and Frequency Transfer: Creating an Australian User Group for the ESA Atomic Clock Ensemble in Space Mission. The National Measurement Laboratory and the University of Western Australia are the only Australian research institutions developing high precision electromagnetic oscillators ("clocks").
