Summary
Online therapy programs have a strong evidence base in reducing mental health symptoms. However, take-up of these programs in the community is limited, and low adherence to these programs limits their impact. This project is a randomised controlled trial testing a novel approach to increasing uptake and adherence to psychosocial online programs, involving acceptance facilitation. Results will inform the dissemination of evidence-based psychosocial programs for a range of health conditions.

Summary
Children use school canteens to purchase food more frequently than any other food outlet. Online canteens, where school lunches are ordered via the web, are increasingly prevalent in Australian schools. The aim of this study is to assess the effectiveness of integrating consumer behaviour strategies (such as menu labelling, promoting and product positioning) into an online canteen ordering system in reducing the total energy, saturated fat, sugar and sodium content of student lunch orders.

Summary
Fuelling the spread of breast cancer are small clusters or individual cancer cells that escape into the blood (CTC) and bone marrow (DTC). Comprehensive analysis of these is prohibited by difficulty in purifying them, and their small numbers. Using two novel, validated mouse models for these cells, we have devised an approach that will identify new diagnostic and therapeutic targets in these compartments. These will ultimately provide avenues to improve breast cancer survival.
