The question of whether the Australian legal system should recognise Islamic family law processes has attracted increasing debate in recent years, reflecting similar developments in other countries. This project will explore the responsibilities of individuals with respect to the wrongful harms that occur in producing the goods and services that they consume. It examines the grounds and stringencies of such alleged responsibilities. As the workforce ages, Australian and international governments are prioritising brain health, seeking to increase economic productivity and reduce the costs of age-related cognitive decline.
