The findings will help inform the design of future parks to optimise park usage and physical activity performed within the park.
Public and ethical responses to mandated alcohol warning labels about increased long-term risk of cancer. This project will determine how the Australian public will respond to the proposed introduction of alcohol product warning labels. It will establish how such at point of sale messages can acceptably and effectively inform Australians about the long-term, but modifiable, cancer risk associated with alcohol use and reduce the national cancer burden.
Psychosocial intervention to improve psychological and quality of life outcomes after cancer. Chronic diseases such as cancer have long-term negative effects on the quality of life of not only patients but also their carers. This project will develop effective ways to support individuals and carers to achieve optimal psychological and quality of life outcomes in the face of serious illness.
