Funded Activity Summary

This study forms Work Package 2 of the Orygen@Home Evaluation program of research. We will compare effectiveness and safety of the Orygen@Home service model compared to standard inpatient psychiatric care using an emulated/targeted trial design. The primary outcome is the Health of the Nation Outcome Scale for Children and Adolescents (HoNOSCA)/Health of the National Outcome Scale (HoNOS). Secondary outcomes include measures of functioning at discharge, readmission rates, days in hospital, discharge destination, adverse events, and safety outcomes.
