1. To reassess the currently promoted healthy diet message with respect to polyunsaturated fat consumption
2. To examine the proposition that the beneficial effects of fish could be improved by ingestion within diets containing n3 or n6 fats rather than the currently promoted n6 polyunsaturated fats
